Our Good conSCIENCE® Returns Policy

Pediadermics has scientifically-formulated its skincare solution systems with sincere integrity and best intent to improve the skin and overall health of your child. Like you, we are parents, caregivers, and consumers, and we are compelled to partner with you on this mission.  Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your Pediadermics purchase or gift, then we welcome you to return the new or partially used product for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 

We focus on getting our formulations into the hands of people who need them the most.  We strive for a “No questions asked!” level of customer service and, in most cases, we meet or exceed that expectation.  It is a sorry fact of life that some individuals will try to take advantage of our good faith approach to customer service. To better protect honest customers like you from the consequences of potential scammers and fraudsters, we have enacted the following terms and conditions that govern our returns policy and help keep our product prices as low as possible:

  • We limit the purchase of any single item to a quantity of 4, and we set a limit of $500 on any single order.
  • All returns are subject to validation and approval at the sole discretion of Pediadermics. If a return is not approved by Pediadermics for any reason, then the refund and/or item may not be returned to you.
  • We monitor return activity for abuse and fraud, and we reserve the right to limit returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges in all instances. 
  • To receive consideration for a refund, you must pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.  The packed item must be sent to the following address at your own expense:

  • To receive consideration for a refund, you must have and provide proof of purchase (e.g., Pediadermics receipt or Pediadermics original packing slip).
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
  • Items shipped to Pediadermics outside of the 30-day returns window, not in new or partially used condition, without proof of purchase, and/or not purchased at Pediadermics.com, may not be refunded or returned to you.
  • We cannot and will not accept packages shipped “cash on delivery” (C.O.D.).
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for Pediadermics to refund your account upon receipt.  You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
  • We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.
  • We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
  • In the case that there is any discrepancy regarding the stated Pediadermics returns policy (for example, on a third-party marketplace including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Facebook) and the information provided above, then the information provided above governs the returns policy for any Pediadermics purchase.
  • THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 2022.
